WEIGH 20 to 22 GRAMS OF COFFEE, finely GROUND. ADJUST COFFEE QUANTITY TO TASTE.
boil water and fill the bottom half of your moka pot.
Fill the moka pot filter with ground coffee. Shaking to level.
screw the top of the moka pot on. Note the bottom half will be very hot.
Place the moka pot on a stove on medium heat.
as the water boils, the coffee will begin to fill the top of the moka pot.
When you hear a hissing sound, the brewing is complete.
